When faced with challenges and obstacles, do you give up easily or embrace those challenges and persist? In this session, you’ll learn why having a growth mindset is important for your business and in your life. Then, you’ll discover ways to move into a growth mindset when you identify a challenge you may be facing with a fixed mindset.

In this session, you’ll learn about a simple coaching model (UGROW) that can help your team members overcome any obstacle. You’ll also learn how to improve their existing skillset and address gaps between what your consultants know and what your consultants do by asking them simple questions.
