What if I won a free conference registration at 2018 conference?

You can register as you normally would. The $0 registration fee will be programmed.

What does registration include?

General registration fees include all general sessions, breakout sessions, giveaways, and access to the PC Marketplace. The PC Marketplace will include our Chef Shop, Pampered Perks vendors, PC Gear, product display, and demonstration areas.

The registration fee for directors and above also includes the Friday evening Director Event.

Guests can attend all general conference events (general sessions and breakout sessions) and PC Marketplace.

When can I cancel my registration and not be penalized?

You must cancel your registration by 11:59 p.m. (CT) on Sunday, June 30 to receive a full refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after June 30, 2019. To cancel your registration, visit the registration page on Consultant’s Corner and click Edit Registration or email registration@pamperedchef.com. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions unless Pampered Chef cancels the event. Registration is nontransferable.

Refunds will be delivered in the same manner in which you paid. Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of your cancellation.

What payment methods can I use to register for conference?

You can use a Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, or American Express, or you can pay using your Pampered Chef® dollars or Order Payment Account.

If I register for conference but am unable to attend, will I still get the giveaways?

You must attend conference in person to receive any of the items given away at the event. If you register but are unable to attend, you will not receive the giveaways. This includes all product drawings and other items that are given away at the event.

Can I bring my child to National Conference?

National Conference is a business meeting and is not a suitable environment for children. You may not bring infants or children to company-sponsored events, even if they are accompanied by a caregiver.


How do I get to conference?

Check out the Travel page on the National Conference website for details on getting to the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center by car, bus, plane, or train.


Will there be livestreaming this year?

No, this year’s conference will not be available via livestream. We began livestreaming the event three years ago, but in that time, it hasn’t been used enough to justify the time and resources it requires to provide. There’s nothing quite like being at conference in person. We encourage everyone to join us in Rosemont to be part of this epic event.


How do I make my hotel reservation?

Housing is open through 11:59 p.m. (CT) on July 1. Use the link on the Hotels page to book your room.

It’s important that you book your room through our housing partner, Experient, to get our prenegotiated rates. If the link is not working or you’d prefer to speak to someone, you can contact Experient directly:

What hotels are part of the Pampered Chef block?

Pampered Chef has negotiated reduced rates at the following hotels:

  • Crowne Plaza Chicago O’Hare: $159/night (1 king bed with sleeper sofa or 2 double beds)
  • DoubleTree O’Hare Rosemont: $200/night (2 double beds)
  • Embassy Suites O’Hare Rosemont: $251/night (1 king suite) or $251/night (queen/queen suite) (Note: Fifth and sixth person in a room will incur an additional $10/person/night charge.)
  • Hyatt Regency O’Hare: $199/night (2 double beds)
  • Aloft Chicago O’Hare: $190/night (2 double beds)
  • Loews Chicago O’Hare: $179/night (2 double beds)
  • Hilton Rosemont: $210/night (2 double beds)
  • Westin Hotel: $180/night (2 double beds)

All of conference is under one roof at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center. Good news for you in case the notoriously unpredictable Chicago weather acts up!

Will there be a National Conference app this year?

Absolutely! We loved seeing all your conference stories last year, and we’re continuing the fun this year! Be on the lookout for downloading instructions closer to conference.

Will Home Office tours be available this year?

Yes! When you register for conference, you can sign up for optional tours of Heritage Home or the Home Office. The Home Office tour is an additional $30 and doesn’t include food or drinks. Space on these tours is limited, so sign up early!

Will Heritage Home tours be available this year?

Yes! When you register for conference, you can sign up for optional tours of Heritage Home or the Home Office. The Heritage Home tour is an additional $35 and doesn’t include food or drinks. Space on these tours is limited, so sign up early!

Can we pre-register for breakout sessions this year?

Like last year, breakout sessions will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, but the way we’ve structured them will allow a seat for everyone. You can get more information about each session before conference, and each session will be offered multiple times throughout the weekend, so you can customize your schedule.

Will there be a LEAD and LEAD Plus graduation this year?

Yes! Consultants who participated in LEAD and LEAD Plus seminars will be invited to an event on Wednesday morning led by the Field Development Managers.

Meals & Entertainment

Are meals included with the registration fee?

We heard your feedback about general meals at past conferences, and as a result, all meals will be on your own. Instead of general meals, we’ve planned 2–2½ hours each day for you to go out and enjoy one of the amazing local restaurants. It will also give you more time to network with other consultants. We’ll share more information about local restaurants as the event gets closer, but rest assured, we’ll have some discounts available—just show your badge!

What kind of activities and restaurants are nearby?

The Village of Rosemont website has lots of ideas for places to eat, as well as places to go and things to do while you’re in town.

PC Marketplace

When will the PC Marketplace be open?

This year, the PC Marketplace will replace the Exhibit Hall. This area will have open hours on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

What will be in the PC Marketplace?

Here’s what’s in store:

  • The Chef Shop is the place to buy Surprise Packs only. 
  • Stock up on logo wear at the PC Gear store.
  • Check out top products (and everything new) in the product display and demonstration areas.
  • Network with fellow consultants.
  • Get the latest deals with some of our Pampered Perks vendors.
Where did Tasty Tidbits and Tech Café go?

To allow more seats and a better learning experience, we moved these workshops into a designated breakout space.

Where did the Happy Spoon go?

Instead of one space, there will be seating areas around the convention center. Take a moment to relax and recharge!
