Why is National Conference a livestream event this year?

Like you, we’re all eager to get together in person with you and your teams again. However, due to social gathering restrictions that were put in place in Chicago when we were planning, we chose to go virtual again.

As always, the health and safety of you—our consultants—is our top priority. We continue to follow recommendations from the U.S. Department of State, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Health Canada, and the World Health Organization (WHO) so we can make the best decisions based on credible information.

Whether it’s your first time or your tenth time attending National Conference, our team is doing everything to provide you with an unforgettable virtual experience. Plus, we also have a few surprises up our sleeves!

How different will this event be compared to previous in-person National Conferences?

Like the in-person event, this year’s National Conference will be a “live” production with a virtual audience. Get ready for tons of giveaways, product reveals, breakout sessions, exciting announcements from Home Office, and more!

Will National Conference be presented through Zoom® like Empower and Maximum Impact were?

Just like last year, our production team will livestream with video cameras from Pampered Chef’s Home Office through a private platform service

Is there a maximum capacity for this event?

Since we want as many consultants as possible to attend this can’t-miss event, we expanded registration. But you’ll want to be one of the first! Why? Because the first 28,000 consultants who register for general registration will get pre- and post-conference mailings. So, reserve your spot today!

What if I don’t register before general registration has reached capacity?

We encourage you to register as soon as you can. If you’re unable to register in time for general registration, you’ll still be able to register for the view-only option for a smaller fee ($39 USD/$52 CAD).

Note: The view-only option is available May 5–July 7 and doesn’t include pre- or post-conference mailings.

How can I view the virtual event?

You’ll be able to watch from any device that connects to the internet, which includes a phone, tablet, smart TV, and laptop. After registration closes, we’ll share more details about how you can watch Teach Me Workshops, breakout sessions, and more.

Can new consultants who join after June 5, 2021, attend National Conference?

Yes! New consultants who join after June 5, 2021, can still take part in National Conference through our view-only registration. This option is available May 5–July 7 and doesn’t include any pre- or post-conference mailings.

What if I won a free conference registration at National Conference 2020?

Congrats! Just register as you normally would. The $0.00 registration fee will already be programmed for you. If you don’t see this adjustment, please email registration@pamperedchef.com.

What does registration include?

All registration options include access to general sessions, breakout sessions, eligibility for General Session giveaways, and exclusive PC Gear. The consultants who register for general registration will also get pre- and post-conference mailings including the Conference Kickoff Kit! This kit will ship before conference and come with a name badge, ribbons, special recognition items, a conference gift, a director gift (for registered directors and above), and a few other fun surprises!

General registrants will also be able to buy Surprise Packs. And after National Conference is over, they’ll also get a product giveaway.

Why is the general registration period so short?

Since it takes time for our team to personalize the recognition items, and pack and ship the Conference Kickoff Kits, we must close general registration by Saturday, June 5. If you’re unable to register for National Conference before June 5, you can still register for the view-only option.

Can I cancel my registration and not be penalized?

Because all the events and breakouts of National Conference will be recorded, registration is nonrefundable. Instead, registered consultants can watch segments whenever they want even if they can’t participate live.

What if I sign up for the wrong registration option?

Unfortunately, there is no flexibility to move a consultant from one registration type to another. The good news is both registration types come with all the same sneak peeks, access to General Sessions, training, and product reveals, and the ability to rewatch anything you may have missed! And both registration options are eligible for general session giveaways! We are confident that both registration options will allow you to experience our biggest event of the year in a great way.

What payment method can I use for National Conference registration?

American consultants can use a Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover®, or American Express® card or pay with Pampered Chef dollars or an Order Payment Account.

Canadian consultants can use a Visa®, MasterCard®, or American Express® card or pay with Pampered Chef dollars or an Order Payment Account.

If I register for National Conference but unable to attend, will I still get the giveaways?

We’re sending Conference Kickoff Kits and a product giveaway to the first 28,000 consultants who register for general registration. While we highly encourage you to attend all the live general sessions to hear the exciting announcements, training, and product reveals first, we understand you may not be able to do so. Rest assured, all registered attendees will be notified on our platform if their names are drawn in any of our giveaways.

Remember, if you register for the view-only option, you won’t get the pre- or post-conference mailings. But you’ll still be eligible for the general session drawings.

Can guests (non-consultants) register for National Conference?

This year, guests don’t need to register. Instead, they can enjoy the virtual event with you when you register!

All events will come from our livestream platform. We’ll share more details with you soon. And if you miss the virtual event, don’t worry because it’s conference your way! You can enjoy all the aspects of National Conference on your own time.

Will Home Office and Heritage Home tours be available?

Yes! We’re offering virtual tours at no additional cost to anyone who registers for National Conference. We’ll post details soon.

Can we pre-register for breakout sessions?

Good news! You don’t need to preregister for breakout sessions this year. We’ll share more details about how to access these sessions closer to the event.

Will PC Gear be available?

Yes! PC Gear will be available with special offers for those who register for National Conference. More details are coming soon.

Can I purchase a Surprise Pack this year?

Yes, Surprise Packs are available to general registrants while supplies last. We’ll share more details soon about how and where you can purchase your Surprise Pack. Watch your inbox for an email!

How are Surprise Packs similar to last year?

Here’s what the experience will look like this year:

  • Like last year, we’re offering one Surprise Pack option at one price point—$40 USD plus shipping and tax. For Canadian consultants, the price will be automatically converted to Canadian dollars when you click the “currency conversion” button at the bottom of the page. It will convert the price to the current exchange rate at the time of purchase.
  • In the past, we added the sales tax to the total cost of the box. But, like last year, the sales tax will be added to the price at the time of your purchase in relation to your shipping location. We won’t apply U.S. sales tax to any Canadian consultant’s purchase.
  • Surprise Packs are limited to one purchase per person. Why? Last year, so many Surprise Packs were purchased that our discontinued inventory was depleted. We still have plenty of Surprise Packs to go around but we can’t guarantee one for every general registrant, so get them while they last!
How do I buy a Surprise Pack?

If you signed up for general registration, you’ll get an email in mid-June with a purchasing link. Then, after you click the link, you’ll need to do the following:

  • Click “Catalog” at the top of the page.
  • Select your currency at the bottom of the next page.
  • Complete the prompts until your order is complete.
  • After you place your order, you’ll get a confirmation email.
What payment method can I use to order a Surprise Pack?

You can use a Visa®, MasterCard® or American Express® card.

How will my Surprise Pack purchase appear on my bank statement?

Your bank statement will say, “SP* PCNC2021 SURPRISE.”

Why is there a limit of one Surprise Pack per person?

To ensure that every general registrant interested in purchasing a Surprise Pack has the opportunity to do so, we’re limiting it to one per person whiles supplies last.

Will shipping be applied to my purchase price?

Yes! If you order a Surprise Pack, it will be delivered directly to your home. However, shipping isn’t included in the Surprise Pack price.

When will I get my Surprise Pack?

We already started packing boxes and will start shipping Surprise Packs from our Home Office the week of July 7th.

If you don’t get your Surprise Pack by Monday, Aug. 2, please contact registration@pamperedchef.com. Our team will assume your Surprise Pack is shipping prior to Aug. 2.

Can I return or exchange my Surprise Pack?

No, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be allowed.

What address will my Surprise Pack ship to?

When you buy a Surprise Pack, enter the address you’d like it shipped to.

  • Home Office won’t reship your Surprise Pack if your address is incorrect.
  • Are you moving during this time? Then, we recommend you include an address of a close friend of family member instead of your own because we can’t guarantee the receival date.
How can I track my Surprise Pack?

This year, Home Office isn’t providing individual tracking numbers for Surprise Packs. If you have already signed up to receive notifications from a shipping app, you’ll be notified when the label for your package is created and be able to view the tracking information.

If you haven’t received your Surprise Pack by Monday, Aug. 2, please contact registration@pamperedchef.com.

What if my Surprise Pack is lost or damaged upon receipt?

Please contact registration@pamperedchef.com. We’ll handle these situations on a case-by-case basis.

What if I have issues with Shopify?

Please don’t call the Solution Center or Tech Support. Instead, please contact registration@pamperedchef.com for all questions or concerns.

Surprise Pack Guidelines

Home Office will closely monitor all Surprise Pack orders to make sure they comply with the following rules:

  • Only consultants who signed up for general registration can buy a Surprise Pack.
  • When you place your order, you must use the email address associated with your consultant number in your Pampered Chef account. 
  • Surprise Packs are limited to one per person and available while supplies last.

If the above rules are NOT followed, we’ll cancel your order and you’ll be charged a Shopify service fee.

What will recognition look like?

Promoting to the next level, achieving a new milestone, and earning an incentive trip are all big accomplishments, and we want to honor them! That’s why we’re working through all the details to make sure every achiever feels special, is celebrated, and gets their moment to shine. Look for more details on our Recognition page.

What if I earned attendance to a special event?

Our team is working hard to make these events extra special for you. If you earned attendance to a special event, we’ll update you with more information in an invitation.

Will I still get my ribbons and career-title scraper(s)?

Yes. The first 28,000 consultants who register for general registration will get their ribbons and promotional scrapers in their Conference Kickoff Kits.

I was supposed to walk stage last year but, because the event was virtual, it wasn't possible. Is there a new recognition plan for consultants who weren't able to walk across stage last year and/or this year?

We know how important this moment is to you. That’s why we’re looking at different ways to honor both 2020 and 2021 achievers at our next in-person National Conference in 2022. We’ll share our new recognition plan once it’s finalized.
