Jamie Kern Lima

Jamie Kern Lima is a New York Times bestselling author and founder of IT Cosmetics—a company she started in her living room and grew into the largest luxury makeup brand in the U.S. Then, she sold the company to L’Oréal in a $1 billion (USD) deal and became the first female CEO of the brand in its 100+ history!
Her love of her customers, remarkable authenticity, and belief landed her on the Forbes magazine’s America’s Richest Self-Made Women list. She also wrote the book Believe IT: How to Go From Underestimated to Unstoppable, which became an instant #1 bestseller according to The New York Times, USA TODAY, Wall Street Journal, Amazon, Publisher’s Weekly, and Barnes & Noble.
In addition to all her professional achievements, Jamie is also a mother of two and an active investor, speaker, and thought leader who’s passionate about inspiring and elevating women. She’s also donating 100% of her author proceeds for her book to Feeding America® and Together Rising.

Doug Weiss is currently the Head Creator of Commerce at both Instagram® and Facebook®. In this role, he helps build out the right tools to help creators of all kinds be able to connect with their fans and directly break out as a seller.
Before taking this role, he was the Ecosystem Development Lead for Instagram® Shopping and Facebook® Shops. He led the team that worked to develop product partnerships, which enabled businesses of all kinds to use Facebook’s growing portfolio of commerce products. His team was also responsible for developing their partnerships’ strategy, building the right relationships, and building products that allowed sellers to access and optimize commerce, with most of their focus on Facebook’s emerging on-site checkout products.
Prior to Facebook®, Doug spent most of his career at McKinsey & Company while working at a couple of early-stage startups. He has an MBA and MS in Product Design from Stanford University, and a BS in Business and a BA in International Relations from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Jake Poses is the co-founder and CEO of Jumprope. In June 2017, Jake founded Jumprope to build a place to discover, create, and share step-by-step how-to- videos. In 2020, Jumprope was named one of Google’s Best Android Apps.
Before starting Jumprope, Jake was the Vice President of Product at Thumbtack. He was responsible for all aspects of product, including customer experience, growth, and monetization. He also attended Duke University and Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
