Q. How much is registration?

Q. What does registration include?
A. General registration fees include all general sessions, breakout sessions, giveaways, and access to the Exhibit Hall. The Exhibit Hall will include the Chef Shop, Happy Spoon Lounge, Pampered Perks vendors, Tech Café, PC Gear, and product display and demonstration areas.
The registration fee for directors and above also includes the Thursday evening Director Event and Friday Director Training.
Guests can attend all general conference events (general sessions and breakout sessions) and visit the Happy Spoon Lounge and Exhibit Hall.
Q. When can I cancel my registration and not be penalized?
A. You must cancel your registration by 11:59 p.m. (CT) on Thursday, July 11 to receive a full refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after July 11, 2018. To cancel your registration, visit the registration page on Consultant’s Corner and click Edit Registration or email email@example.com. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions unless Pampered Chef cancels the event. Registration is nontransferable.
Refunds will be delivered in the same manner in which you paid. Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of your cancellation.
Q. What payment methods can I use to register for conference?
A. You can use a Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, or American Express, or you can pay using your Pampered Chef® dollars or Order Payment Account.
Q. If I register for conference but am unable to attend, will I still get the giveaways?
A. You must attend conference in person to receive any of the items given away at the event. If you register but are unable to attend, you will not receive the giveaways. This includes all product drawings and other items that are given away at the event.
Q. Can I bring my child to National Conference?
A. National Conference is a business meeting and is not a suitable environment for children. You may not bring infants or children to company-sponsored events, even if they are accompanied by a caregiver.
Q. How do I get to conference?
A. Check out the Travel page on the National Conference website for details on getting to the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center by car, bus, plane, or train.
Q. Will there be livestreaming this year?
A. No, this year’s conference will not be available via livestream. We began livestreaming the event two years ago, but in that time, it hasn’t been used enough to justify the time and resources it requires to provide. There’s nothing quite like being at conference in person. We encourage everyone to join us in Rosemont to be part of this epic event.
We understand that it’s been a helpful tool for consultants who were, for one reason or another, unable to attend conference in person. As always, the Home Office team is working on a plan to provide videos of the most valuable general session segments to all consultants in a timely manner.

A. Housing is open through 11:59 p.m. (CT) on July 6. Use the link on the Hotels page to book your room.

Q. Where will the events be located?
A. We’re expecting a bigger crowd this year! Because of the anticipated attendance, we’re moving general sessions to the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center, where the rest of the conference events already take place. Good news for you in case the notoriously unpredictable Chicago weather acts up!

Q. Will there be a National Conference app this year?
A. Absolutely! We loved seeing all your conference stories last year, and we’re continuing the fun this year! Be on the lookout for downloading instructions coming soon.
Q. Will Home Office tours be available this year?
A. Yes! When you register for conference, you can sign up for optional tours of Heritage Home or the Home Office. The Home Office tour is an additional $30 and doesn’t include food or drinks. Space on these tours is limited, so sign up early!
Q. Will Heritage Home tours be available this year?
A. Yes! When you register for conference, you can sign up for optional tours of Heritage Home or the Home Office. The Heritage Home tour is an additional $35 and doesn’t include food or drinks. Space on these tours is limited, so sign up early!
Q. Can we pre-register for breakout sessions this year?
A. Like last year, breakout sessions will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, but the way we’ve structured them will allow a seat for everyone. You can get more information about each session before conference, and each session will be offered multiple times throughout the weekend, so you can customize your schedule.
Q. What excursions are available this year?

MEALS & ENTERTAINMENT
Q. Are meals included with the registration fee?
A. We heard your feedback about general meals at last year’s conference, and as a result, all meals will be on your own. Instead of general meals, we’ve planned 2–2½ hours each day for you to go out and enjoy one of the amazing local restaurants. It will also give you more time to network with other consultants. We’ll share more information about local restaurants as the event gets closer, but rest assured, we’ll have some discounts available—just show your badge!
Q. What kind of activities and restaurants are nearby?
A. The Village of Rosemont website has lots of ideas for places to eat, as well as places to go and things to do while you’re in town.
Q. When will the Exhibit Hall be open?
A. The Exhibit Hall will have open hours on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

Q. Will there be a nursing mothers’ room available?
A. Yes! You can check out the key at the Registration Desk.
Q. Will there be an Excellence Award Achievers event this year?
A. We’re having a special breakfast at the convention center on Saturday morning for Excellence Awards achievers. This event will be by invitation only.
Q. Will there be an Founder’s Award Achievers event this year?
A. We’re having a special recognition function at the convention center on Thursday afternoon. This event will be by invitation only.
Q. Will there be a Career Club Milestone event this year?
A. Yes. New Career Club Milestone achievers will be invited to join an exclusive breakfast on Friday morning. To be invited to this event, you must be a new $1 million, $2 million, or $3 million achiever in sales, and/or achieve the 200 or 400 recruiting milestone. This event will be by invitation only.
Q. Will there be a Lead and Lead Plus graduation this year?
A. Yes! Consultants who participated in Lead and Lead Plus seminars will be invited to an event on Friday evening led by the Field Development Managers.
Q. Will there be a Directors Event this year?
A. Yes! This exclusive, invite-only event will be on Thursday evening. This year’s theme is a glow party—so grab some glow sticks and get ready to shine!
