Hotels | Housing closes July 11, 2018.
All conference hotels are located around the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center. Room rates have been negotiated at several hotels and range between $154–$239 (plus tax) per room per night. A one-night room and tax deposit is required at the time of reservation. So we don’t sell out of rooms, make plans with your roommates before booking your hotel. You’ll need to enter their information when you book. We set aside rooms in our block based on the fact that you’ll be reserving with roommates, and have worked with the hotels to secure only rooms with two beds (or a bed and sleeper sofa).
Check out the hotels, see where they’re located, and learn about the amenities on their websites below. Don’t book your room through the hotel websites or by calling them directly. Your room reservation will need to be processed through our provider, Experient, through the Book Now button above.
